This shop would be hard to miss due to its open concept and given the privilege of being just beside the escalator of City Square (JB). There is constantly a queue which got our attention and decides to give it a try!

Ordered the Shiro Maru Special @RM29.00++

Breakdown evaluation:

Broth: Was flavourful could taste the effort of the chef brewing them for hours

Noodles:  Texture was just the right

Pork: Well seasoned with a light charred taste to it

Egg: Felt it could be better if the yolk would be more runny

Final verdict....... The exterior of this shop has a “big boss” vibe, but the food served was pretty decent, WILL BE BACK!!

√ Huge spread of food items, not only ramen (Mainly grilled items)
